Community Fresh Start Tobacco Cessation Classes

Fresh Start is a 4-Week, 1-Hour per week program that will help you quit tobacco. The classes are free to participants. Contact Health Connections for the next available class: info@healthconnections.org or 802-457-4780. Fresh Start is available at these area hospitals.
